I went to the doctor, and apparently my cholesterol is too low, and I've been ordered to eat more fat. I didn't know this was possible. I haven't been intending to eat low fat before this.

I've sort of fallen into being a "flexi-vegan" meaning I still don't eat meat at all, and I eat vegan at home and whenever possible, but in certain situations I will consume eggs and dairy (ok and some real sushi sometimes, nobody is perfect), and I expected things to get low, still I have to start eat considerably higher "good fats" than I was before, and I haven't really been skimping.
